About ItAs it relates to this era, Thirteen Days seems to effectively represent the climate of the times when it shows the Cuban Missile Crisis. The movie remains quite accurate and shows many true-life events. At the same time, it shows he different options Kennedy was faced with in regards to the nuclear-armed Cuba. It correctly depicts how the situation calms down and is resolved. Perhaps, it gets a little over-dramatic in areas, but even that could be justified as the events this movie was based off of were very serious and effected the entire world.
